EUGENE, Ore. – Carroll College, the NAIA DI power from the Frontier Conference, remained undefeated on the season after rolling past Northwest Christian University on Saturday, 63-47 in women's basketball action at the Morse Event Center.

Carroll (7-0) pulled away in the second half, shooting 52% in the frame as the Beacons were never able to get anything going.

The Saints were led by Cassidy Hashley and Jordan Johnston, scoring 14 points apiece. Brittney Johnson came off the bench to score 12 points, shooting 4-for-5 from three-point range. Baylee Watson scored eight points and led the team with ten rebounds.

The Beacons (3-3) were led off the bench by
Monique Thompson, scoring 15 points on 7-for-11 shooting. Thompson had just two points at half-time but turned it on in the second half to keep the score respectable.
Hanna Mack scored 11 points and had ten rebounds, all in the first half and
Andrea Gloss (pictured) finished with ten points while tying the school single-game record with five blocks.

Northwest Christian will look to rebound on Tuesday when they face off against New Hope Christian College (5-2). Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 pm.
