PORTLAND, Ore. – Just eight days after claiming a 1-0 victory over Warner Pacific in a non-conference tilt, the Northwest Christian University women's soccer team fell victim to a 1-0 loss of their own to the Knights, this time in an official CCC match at Delta Park.
Â
Warner Pacific (5-5-1, 2-0 CCC) out-shot the Beacons 13-5 in a heavily defensive contest that featured just eight combined shots-on-goal. The Knights broke through with the games only score in the 41st minute as Lynzee Felder scored from 15-yards out after a pass from Ashley Valencia.
Â
Kristin Fulbright (pictured) collected four saves in the loss while Allie Holterman grabbed three saves to pick up the shutout victory for WPC.

NCU will be back in action on Thursday when they host Southern Oregon University in their first home conference match of the season at 6:00 pm.Â
