Coach Baker joined the Beacons as a volunteer assistant coach ahead of the 2026 season and has been a beach volleyball player since graduating college in 2003.
Baker, who has resided in the Eugene/Springfield area for twenty years has most recently worked as a high school varsity assistant coach with stints at South Eugene High School and Churchill High School.
Coach Baker was a collegiate club coach at Colorado State University in the early 2000's, and played indoor volleyball collegiately within the NAIA at Baker University.
Baker graduated from Baker University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology in 2003. She was worked for Gorilla Capital in Eugene since 2006 where she is currently the Executive Vice President of Operations.
