2015-2016: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six events for the Beacons as a junior...led the team once, winning the CCC Individual Championship...set a new PR and tied for the best time in school history with a 16:58 at the Inland Empire Challenge...earned All-American honors, finishing 4th at the NAIA Championship, helping guide the Beacons to their first title. TRACK - Competed in 1500m and 5000m events for the Beacons...won the 1500m at the Titan Twilight...qualified for CCC and NAIA in both disciplines...earned two All-Conference honors, finishing second in the 5k and third in the 1500m...earned double All-American honors, finishing seventh in the 1500m and fifth in the 5000m...named the Cascade Collegiate Conference Female Athlete of the Year. 

2014-2015: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six events for the Beacons during her sophomore campaign...led the team at the Ash Creek Invitational with a second-place finish...earned CCC Runner of the Week honors on September 15...set a new personal record with a run of 18:03 at the CCC Championship, taking fifth-place and earning All-CCC honors...finished 18th at the NAIA National Championship to earn her first All-America honor. TRACK - Ran 800m and 1500m events for the Beacons...set a personal record in the 800m with a 2:19.91 at the CCC Championship...Qualified for the NAIA National Championship in the 1500m with a 4:40.72 at the Pacific Twilight, a career best...earned Academic All-Conference honors.

2013-2014: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in all seven races for the Beacons as a freshman...led the team at the Viking Classic and Coyote Twilight...ran a season-best 18:13 at the Willamette Open...took 11th Place at the CCC Championship, earning All-CCC honors...finished 59th at the NAIA National Championship. TRACK - Ran 800m and 1500m events for the Beacons...Set a PR in the 800m with a 2:19.64 at the CCC Championship...Qualified for NAIA in the 1500m, running a team-best 4:38.79 at the John Knight Twilight...Ran a 4:47.72 at the NAIA National Championship.

High School Experience: Ran four years of cross country and track at Hidden Valley High for coach Stan Goodell. CROSS COUNTRY - Won the Skyline Conference Individual Championship as a freshman and senior...finished second in state as a junior and senior...ran a career-best 5000m time of 18:12. TRACK - Was named the Skyline Conference Distance Runner of the Year three times, as a freshman, junior, and senior.
