2015-2016: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in five events for the Beacons as a junior...took fifth place at the CCC Championship to earn All-Conference honors. TRACK - Did not compete. 

2014-2015: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six events for the Beacons during her sophomore season...scored points in all six races...won the CCC Preview event with a time of 18:11, earning CCC Runner of the Week honors in the process...claimed four top-ten finishes...set a personal record 18:07 at the Willamette Invitational...finished 14th at the CCC Championship...took 81st at the NAIA National Championship. TRACK - Focusing exclusively on the 10000m, qualified for the NAIA Championships with a season-best 36:11.67 at the Erik Anderson Icebreaker...won the CCC Championship and All-CCC honors...took fourth-place at the NAIA National Championship, missing the podium by just 11 seconds...earned Academic All-CCC honors.

2013-2014: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six events for the Beacons as a freshman...scored points in five races...set a personal best 18:28 at the Willamette Open...took 98th place at the NAIA National Championship. TRACK - Ran 5000m and 10000m events for the Beacons...Led NCU with a 17:32.42 in the 5k at the John Knight Twilight, qualifying for the NAIA National Championship...took 3rd place her first ever 10,000m event at the CCC Championship, earning All-Conference honors...took ninth place in the NAIA 10,000m Championship.

High School Experience: Ran two years of cross country and three years of track at Lake Oswego High for coach Eric Lider. CROSS COUNTRY - Earned First-Team All-League honors as a senior, taking 5th in districts and 40th in state. TRACK - Holds a 3000m best time of 10:33...best 1500m time of 4:55....best 800m time of 2:29...also swam with the Lakers' club team.

Personal: Born on June 6, 1994 in Lake Oswego, Ore...daughter of DeeAnn Downs...enjoys running, swimming, and hiking...loves arts & crafts and fashion...has been skiing since she was two years old...has met the president three times...majoring in exercise science.
