2009-2010: [Cross Country] Ran in five races for the Beacons as a sophomore...set a new personal record of 19:30 at the NCU Invitational, taking 17th place...finished ninth at the Warner Pacific Invitational.[Track] Qualified for the CCC Championships in the 5000m (19:36)...ran in the 4x1600m and Distance Medley Relays.
2008-2009: [Cross Country] Ran in all six races for the Beacons as a freshman...was the teams #2 runner in five races...landed a personal best 19:55 at the NCU Invitational, taking 14th place. [Track] Ran a PR of 20:02 in the 5000m at the CCC Preview Meet, fourth-fastest time in school history...ran a 40:18 in the 10k at the Linfield Invitational, third-fastest time in school history...was named the Northwest Christian University Champion of Character for 2008-2009.
High School Experience: Ran four years on varsity at Crater High for coach Justin Loftus...earned First-Team All-Southern Sky Conference honors as a sophomore, junior and senior...finished third in state and won the Southern Sky championship as a senior...also swam for the Comets.
