2018-2019: XC - Ran in all six races for the Beacons as a sophomore, scoring in all six...broke her PR at the CCC Championship with a run of 19:29. TRACK - Set a 5000m PR at 19:02.69 at the Raider Invite...Broke her own 1500m personal best with a run of 4:54.05 at the Oregon State High Performance meet...qualified for the CCC championship in the 1500m...ran at the NAIA National Championship as a member of the 4x800m relay team...earned Academic All-CCC honors.

2017-2018: Ran in all five races for the Beacons as a freshman, scoring points in all five...set a personal record with a 19:39 run in the Charles Bowles Invitational...TRACK: Competed in 800m and 1500m events...had NCU's best 1500m time of the season with a 4:59.52 at the Pacific Twilight...posted season-best 2:28.98 in the 800m...qualified for CCC in the 1500m. 

High School Experience: Ran four years at Deer Park High...named team MVP all four years...three-time team MVP for track & field...won the 2015 state championship in the 1600m...le cross country team to a second-place finish at the state championship during her senior season.  

Personal: Born in Spokane, Wash...birthday is April 27...daughter of Tammy and Paul Duenich...enjoys playing guitar and singing...also plays piano and ukulele...aspires to become a physical therapist...majoring in exercise science.
