2016-2017: Used a Medical red-shirt season.
2015-2016: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in two events for the Beacons during sophomore season...set a new PR of 21:11 at the Mike Hodges Invitational. TRACK - Did not compete.
2014-2015: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in four events for the Beacons as a freshman...established a personal record of 22:17 at the Willamette Invitational. TRACK - Exclusively ran the 800m distance, claiming a season best time of 2:30.12 at the Titan Twilight.
High School Experience: Ran four years at Phoenix High for coaches John Cornet and Bruce Timmerman...was a team captain for four years...also did nordic skiing for the Pirates.
Personal: Born in Medford, Oregon...birthday is October 4...daughter of Trudy and John Vermillion...enjoys reading, running, and spending time with friends and family...plays the trumpet and percussion...loves to draw and do acrylic painting...aspires to become an athletic trainer...majoring in exercise science.
