2025: Competed in eight meets as a junior...threw the shot put, discus and hammer at the CCC Championship, setting a personal-record in the SP (11.33m) and a school record in the HT (38.78m)...set the indoor school record in the shot put at the Portland Indoor (10.96m)...named the Field MVP...earned Academic All-CCC and NAIA Scholar-Athlete recognition...named to the Athletic Director's honor roll both semesters and was a Distinguished Scholar-Athlete (4.0 GPA) in the spring. 

2024: Competed in two indoor and eight outdoor meets as a sophomore...qualified for the CCC Championships in the shot put and discus...set a personal best in the shot put at the L&C Larry Byerly Invite (10.89m)...named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll in the spring...earned Academic All-CCC recognition.

2023: Competed in one indoor and seven outdoor meets as a freshman...qualified for CCC Championships in the shot put and discus...set a shot-put PR at the Oregon State High Performance Meet (10.79m)...took fifth in the CCC in the discus with a school record toss of 38.90m...named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for the fall semester. 

High School Experience: Competed four years on varsity at Cottage Grove High for coach Gyna Walton...earned multiple First and Second-Team All-League honors...was a First-Team All-State finisher...earned a Most Inspirational award...also played volleyball, basketball, and wrestling for the Lions, earning multiple All-League honors.

Personal: Born on January 2 in Seaside, Oregon...majoring in secondary education.
