Throws Coach Roslyn Overstake has been with the NCU track & field program since 2014. The Victoria, British Columbia native comes to NCU with a diverse multisport background, having played volleyball, basketball and track & field most of her life
Her athletic background has made for an easy transition in to coaching. She is currently in her eighth season on the coaching staff at Churchill High. Coach Overstake attended the University of Oregon where she competed in the heptathlon and was a multiple time all-American in the javelin.Â
Over the past few years Roslyn has been able to balance her love for coaching with her passion for her career, working as an ER nurse.
