2020: As a senior, set a personal best for indoor track in the 60m (8.56), 200m (29.49) and the 60m hurdles (10.52) at the Nike Invitational. 

2019: Broke her own 100m Hurdle school record with a 15.02 at the CCC Championships where she took fourth place...also qualified for the CCC Championship in the long jump.

2018: Competed in multiple events during sophomore campaign...broke the 100m Hurdle record (15.25) at the Willamette Invitational...qualified for conference in the 100m hurdles and the long jump...earned All-CCC honors with a second-place finish in the 100m Hurdles.

2017: Competed in Multiple events for the Beacons as a freshman...set a new school record in the high jump of 1.47m at the Linfield Open. Qualified for the CCC Championships and took fourth place in the 100m Hurdles.

High School Experience: Ran four years on varsity at Cascade High for Coach Dan Peterson...Was a four-time All-Conference high jumper, two time hurdler and one-time 200m runner...won three conference championships as a senior...has three top-six finishes at state in the high jump...took third in state in the 100m hurdles as a senior...led team to a pair of Oregon West Conference championships...also played volleyball for the Cougars.

Personal: Born in Salem, Oregon...birthday is July 21...daughter of Susan and Todd Seaton...enjoys singing and writing...majoring in history.
