2018-2019: XC - Led the Beacons in all six races as a junior...won the CCC Preview Meet by ten seconds and was named the CCC Runner of the Week...earned another CCC Runner of the Week honor on October 15 after taking fourth place at the Lewis & Clark Invite...finished fourth at CCC Championship to earn All-Conference honors...finished 22nd at the NAIA National Championship to be crowned an NAIA All-American...set a new PR and broke 18 minutes for the first time at the NAIA championship, running a 17:59. TRACK - Was limited due to injury by qualified for the NAIA Championships in the Steeplechase after running a career-best 11:15.46 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic...also set a 1500m PR at the Pacific Preview (4:46.73).

2017-2018: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in three events during her sophomore season...ran a season-best 19:40 at the Wes Cook Invitational, taking 19th place...peaked at the CCC Championship as she scored points with the team's second-fastest finish, taking 29th (20:07)...TRACK - Ran in 800m and 4x400m events and converted to the 3000m Steeplechase...earned All-CCC honors with a third-place finish in the 800m (2:17.91)...took fifth place in conference in the Steeplechase...qualified for nationals in the steeplechase and took 12th place in the finals...named Most Improved. 

2016-2017: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in five events for the Beacons as a redshirt freshman...set a personal best 18:59 at the Inland Empire Challenge...took tenth place at the CCC Preview Meet. TRACK - Ran 800m and 1500m events for the Beacons...posted a season-best 2:23.33 in the 800m at the San Francisco Distance Carnival. 

2015-2016: Ran 200m, 400m, and 600m events during the indoor season...led NCU with a 28.81 in the 200m at the TrackTown USA High Performance Meet #4...Ran 200m, 400m, and 800m events during the outdoor season...posted a season best 1:00.91 in the 400m at the CCC Championships.

High School Experience: Played three years on varsity at La Grande High for coach Julie Bodfish...was the varsity captain as a junior and senior...also played volleyball for the Tigers, earning multiple all-league and all-state honors.

Personal: Born in Albequerque, New Mexico...birthday is December 12...daughter of Robin and Ken Brownell...enjoys art and outdoor adventures...plays the flute...aspires to become an occupational therapist...majoring in exercise science with a minor in bible and theology.
