2011-2012: [Cross Country] Ran in six races for NCU as a sophomore...scored points for the Beacons in all six races...finished eighth at the CCC Preview meet on September 17th...set a personal record 18:47 at the Willamette Invitational...finished 83rd at the NAIA National Championship (19:19). [Track] Qualified for the CCC championship in the 1500m event with a 4:56.06 at the Linfield Icebreaker...qualified for the CCC championship in the 5000m with a 17:56.52 at the Pacific Twilight.

2010-2011: [Cross Country] Ran in all six races for the Beacons as a freshman...scored for NCU in all six...earned one top-ten finish...set a personal record 19:37 with an 11th-place finish at the Warner Pacific Invitational. [Track] Ran in 1500m events for the Beacons...qualified for the CCC Championships...set a personal record 4:55.79 at the CCC Championships. 

High School Experience: Ran two years of cross country and three years of track at Cascade High for coach Dan Peterson...Earned First-Team All-League honors in cross country as a junior...was League and District Champion as a senior and finished 11th in state, earning second-team All-State honors...also played four years of soccer for the Cougars, earning All-League honorable mention as a senior.
