Biography

2018-2019: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in all six races during her junior season...earned All-CCC honors with a ninth-place finish at the conference championship, hitting a new personal record at 18:20...finished 83rd at the NAIA National Championship...named teams Most Inspirational. TRACK - Put together a record-shattering season for the ages as a junior...was the fastest Steeplechase runner in the NAIA for most of the season after running an 11:01.50 at the Oregon State High Performance Meet...broke her PR and became the only NAIA runner to break 11 minutes at the CCC Championship, winning the title with a 10:57.14...Won the NAIA National Championship with a school-record breaking time of 10:44.89...selected to compete for Team USA at the World University Games in Naples, Italy...named NCU Athlete of the Year...named CCC Track & Field Athlete of the Year.

2017-2018: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all five races for the Beacons as a sophomore, leading the team three times...established a new personal record of 18:35 at the Wes Cook Invitational...named Most Inspirational. TRACK - Competed primarily in the 3000m Steeplechase...took third-place at the CCC Championship to earn All-Conference honors...set a new PR (11:05.84) in the preliminary run at nationals...Earned NAIA All-American honors with an eighth-place finish in the finals...named the Women's Track Athlete of the Year.

2016-2017: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in four races for the Beacons as a freshman..established a collegiate PR of 19:17 at the Inland Empire Challenge. TRACK - Competed in 3000m Steeplechase events for the Beacons...qualified for the CCC Championship where she took fourth place...set a season best 11:44.09 at the Jenn Boyman Invitational. 

High School Experience: Ran four years on varsity at McKay High...Won two events during her senior season and had six top-four finishes...set a PR of 19:23.5 at a tri-meet with McNary and West Salem...Ran the gamut of events during her senior track season including 400m, 800m, 1500m and 3000m events along with 300m hurdles and various relays. Set personal records at the Greater Valley Conference Championships in the 1500m (5:05.08) and 300m Hurdles (50.49). 

Personal: Born in Salem, Oregon...birthday is October 22...enjoys reading, baking and hanging out with friends...plays bass guitar.
