2024: Competed in 12 meets as a senior...qualified for the CCC Championship in the 200m and 400m and was a member of both relay teams...broke her 800m (2:38.80) personal record at the Oregon State High Performance meet...earned Academic All-CCC, NAIA Scholar Athlete and CSC Academic All-District recognition...inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the national scholar-athlete honor society...named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll as a Distinguished Scholar-Athlete (4.0 GPA) both semesters.  

2023: Competed in two indoor and ten outdoor meets...qualified for the CCC Championship in the 400m and as a member of both relay teams...member of school-record setting 4x400m Relay team at CCC Championship (4:02.47)...set a personal record in the 800m (2:44.96) at the Erik Anderson Icebreaker...broke her 400m PR (1:00.04) at the CCC Championships where she took ninth place...named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll as a Distinguished Scholar-Athlete (4.0 GPA) for both semesters. 

2022: Competed in one indoor and nine outdoor events for the Beacons as a sophomore...qualified for the CCC Championships in the 100m, 200m and 400m, as well as both relays...at the Hayward Premiere, set new personal bests in the 100m (12.90) and 200m (26.55)...set a new personal best in the 400m (1:00.09) at the CCC Championship...Had 13 top-five finishes during the season...named Bushnell's Track Athlete of the Year. 

2021: As a freshman, qualified for CCC Championships in 100m and 200m events, as well as both relays...set a PR in the 100m (13.36) at the CCC Championship....set a PR in the 200m (27.44) at the Frank Haskins Invite...named Most Valuable Newcomer. 

High School Experience: Competed for four years on varsity at Damascus Christian High for coach Amanda Maddux...qualified for state in track all three years she competed...lost senior season due to COVID-19...ran personal bests as a junior in the 100m (12.98), 200 (26.53) and 400m (60:01)...named captain as a junior...also played volleyball for the Eagles, earning multiple All-League honors. 

Personal: Born on July 31...daughter of Laura and Jonathan Mai...enjoys being outdoors, hiking and biking, and spending time at the lake...aspires to become a physical therapist...majoring in exercise science.
