2017: Ran in the 300m as a senior...finished third in the CCC Championships and sixth in the NAIA Outdoor T&F Championships with a time of 11:03.20...earned All-CCC honors...named NAIA-All-American.
2016: Ran in four races as a senior...posted a season-best 17:55 at the Inland Empire Challenge...earned Academic All-CCC and Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete honors.Â
2014-2015: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six races for the Beacons during sophomore season...posted a season-best 19:01 at the CCC Preview meet, taking tenth place...finished 24th at the CCC Championship...took 86th at the NAIA National Championship. TRACK - Qualified for the NAIA National Championship in the 3000m Steeplechase after breaking her own school record with a time of 11:10.68 at the San Francisco Distance Carnival...earned Academic All-Conference honors...named to the CoSIDA/Capitol One Academic All District Team.
2013-2014: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in all seven events for the Beacons as a freshman...posted a season-best 18:44 at the Willamette Open. TRACK - Ran the 3000m Steeplechase for the Beacons...set the school record at 11:15.44 at the NAIA National Championship preliminary...took 2nd place at the CCC Championship to earn All-CCC honors...claimed 10th place in the NAIA Championship final.
High School Experience: Ran four years of cross country and track at Kamiakin High for coaches Matt Rexus and Shaun Suss...CROSS COUNTRY - Earned First-Team All-Area honors as a sophomore, junior, and senior...claimed individual top-15 finishes at state three times...qualified to run for Team Washington at the Nike Border Clash for three straight years. TRACK - Set a school record (11:07.01) in the 3200m run, twice qualifying for state in the event...led the 4x400m relay team to back-to-back second-place finishes at state...led the Braves to the State Championship as a junior and senior...Also did gymnastics at Kamiakin...Was a four-time First-Team All-Area selection...won the Region All-Around championship as a freshman and senior...was the state champion in the vault as a sophomore...led Braves to first ever State Championship in 2011...all told, Fletcher won six State Championships with the Braves.
