2018: Competed in distance events as a senior...set a personal-best in the 10,000 with a time of 45:03.26 to finish ninth in the Linfield Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational. 

2017: Ran in all five races as a senior...set a new personal record with a 20:40 at the Wes Cook Invitational...earned Academic All-CCC and Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete honors. 

2016-2017: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in two races during her junior season and set a new personal record with a 21:46 at the Inland Empire Challenge. TRACK - Competed in 5000m events for the Beacons...set a season best 20:38.16 at the Linfield Open. 

2015-2016: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in two races for the Beacons as a sophomore...set a personal record of 22:06 at the Mike Hodges Invitational. TRACK - Competed in 5k and 3K events...set a 3000m PR of 11:23.30 at the SOU Raider Invitational. 

2014-2015: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in one race for the Beacons, taking 16th place in the NCU-OIT Dual Meet. TRACK - Ran in two events...hit a 2:41.95 in the 800m at the Erik Anderson Icebreaker...ran a 20:51.40 in the 5000m at the Jenn Boymann Invitational. 

High School Experience: Ran four years of cross country and one year of track at Summit High for coach Carol McLatchie...earned Most Improved honors as a junior...finished top-30 at the district championships as a sophomore and junior...took 8th at the league championships as a junior...took 1st place in the 3000m at the JV championships.

Personal: Born in Eugene, Oregon...birthday is May 15...daughter of Braidy and Jennifer O'Neil...enjoys photography, running and adventuring...likes biking and hiking...plays the violin...majoring in elementary education.
