2023-2024: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran at the CCC Championship, taking 47th with a PR time of 25:39.6...TRACK & FIELD - Competed in two meets, running the 5000m and 10000m...earned Academic All-CCC and NAIA Scholar Athlete recognition...named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters and was a Distinguished Scholar-Athlete (4.0 GPA) in the fall.

2022-2023: CROSS COUNTRY - Competed in three races as a junior...took 48th at the CCC Championship...TRACK & FIELD - Ran the 10000m for the Beacons...set a new personal record (43:24.70) at the Lewis & Clark Larry Byerly Invitational on April 14...named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both semesters and was a Distinguished Scholar-Athlete (4.0 GPA) in the spring. 

2021-2022: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in three races during her sophomore season..took 13th at the Bushnell Invitational...earned Most Inspirational team award. TRACK - competed in four meets for the Beacons... ran personal records in the 1500m (5:55.77, Lewis & Clark Invite) and 5000m (21:31.16, OSU High Performance Meet). 

2020-2021: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran three races as a freshman...set a PR at the CCC Championships (21:05.00)...earned Most Improved team award. TRACK - Ran the 5000 at four meets, recording a personal best at the Linfield Invitational (21:32.42). 
 
High School Experience: Ran one year of cross country and track at Crook County High School for coaches Chuck Coats, Orie Gonzalez, and Coach Brooks...ran PRs in the 1500m (5:35) and the 3200m (12:59).

Personal: Born on June 30...daughter of Brandi and Jayson Larson...enjoys reading, listening to musit, and spending time outdoors...aspires to become a personal trainer and sports physiologist...majoring in exercise science with a minor in Bible and Theology.
