2024: Ran in eight races in her final season with the Beacons, finishing 10th at the CCC Championship to earn All-Conference and qualify for the NAIA Cross Country Championship....ran a 22:50.2 at nationals to break the 23-minute barrier for the first time, earning her a spot in Bushnell's top-ten all-time 6000-meter times and produced the fastest 6K for a Beacon in 11 years...earned Academic All-CCC and NAIA Scholar-Athlete recognition...named Most Valuable Runner. 

2023-2024: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran all five races as a senior, setting a personal record (24:48.7) at the Linfield Invitational...finished 44th at the CCC Championship...voted Most Improved...TRACK & FIELD - Competed in 14 meets, qualifying for the NAIA Outdoor National Championship in the 3000m Steeplechase...set school records in two indoor events, the 1000m (3:30.60) and 3000m (11:29.28)...qualified for nationals in the 3000m Steeplechase after running a personal record time of 11:22.58 at the Oregon Twilight...competed in the 800m, 3000S and 4x400-meter relay at the CCC Championships, placing fourth in the steeplechase...earned Academic All-CCC, NAIA Scholar Athlete and CSC Academic All-District honors...named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters and was a Distinguished Scholar Athlete (4.0 GPA) in the fall...voted Track Athlete of the Year by her teammates...inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the national scholar-athlete honor society.

2022-2023: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in five races for the Beacons as a junior...finished 38th at the CCC Championships. TRACK & FIELD - Ran in eight meets for the Beacons in multiple events...In a three-week span late in the season, set new personal records in the 5000m (19:38.97), 3000m Steeplechase (12:46.68), and 1500m (5:15.65)...qualified for the CCC Championships in the Steeplechase, where she took eighth place...earned Cascade Conference, NAIA, and CSC Academic Honors...named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both semesters. 

2021-2022: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in four races for the Beacons as a sophomore...took 12th place at the Bushnell Invitational. TRACK - Competed twice during the season...established personal records in the 1500m (5:34, Linfield Icebreaker) and 3000m Steeplechase (13:06.31, LCC Open). 

2020-2021: Ran five races as a freshman for the Beacons...set a PR at the CCC Championships (20:35.10). TRACK - Ran the 5000 (21:33.41) at the LCC Ice Breaker.

High School Experience: Ran four years on varsity at Elmira High for coaches Tom and Kristin Bolden...as a sophomore, won the Sky Em District championship and placed 10th at the Oregon 4A state championship...finished ninth in state as a junior...ran a 5 personal best of 18.59 as a junior...also played soccer for the Falcons. 

Personal: Born on May 13...daughter of Alexis and Jai Cook...enjoys ceramics, biking, and reading...majoring in Psychology.
