Biography
2017-2018: Did not compete competitively during the cross country and track & field seasons.
2016-2017: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in all six races during sophomore season...set a new personal record of 17:45 as she took fourth place in the Inland Empire Challenge...finished sixth at the CCC Championship to earn her first All-CCC honor. TRACK - Did not compete during track season, using a medical red-shirt.
2015-2016: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in five races for the Beacons as a freshman...hit a PR of 19:04 at the Charles Bowles Invitational. TRACK - Ran 3000m and 5000m events...set a PR of 18:34.35 in the 5000m at the SOU Raider Invitational...Qualified for the CCC Championship in the 5K and took ninth place.
High School Experience: Ran four years on varsity at Northwest Christian HS in Lacey, Washington for coaches Larry Weber and Mike Michael...earned numerous team awards...was a team captain for three years
Personal: Born in Centralia, Washington...birthday is August 6...daughter of Lisa and Tony Brooks...enjoys cooking and being outdoors...aspires to pursue missions work in a third-world country...majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Bible & Theology with a concentration in missions.
