2016: Ran in two races as a senior...set a season-best 17:54 at the Bill Dellinger Invite...earned AcademicĀ All-CCC and Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete honors.Ā
2015-2016: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six races for the Beacons during junior season, finishing in the top-three in every race...led NCU in five of six...won the NCU Invitational...won the CCC Preview Meet...Named CCC Runner of the Week four times (Sept. 7, Sept. 21, Oct. 5, Oct. 9)...named NAIA National Runner of the Week on October 6 after her second-place finish at the Charles Bowles Invitational...set a new PR and School Record with a 16:58 at the Inland Empire Challenge...took second place at the CCC Championship, earning All-Conference honors...took second place at the NAIA National Championship, earning All-America honors and leading the Beacons to a NAIA title. TRACK - Ran across multiple distance disciplines...qualified for CCC and NAIA Championships in the 1500m and 5000m...took third-place in the 5000m at the CCC Championships to earn All-Conference honors...finished sixth in the 5k at the NAIA Championships to earn All-American honors...named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team.Ā
2014-2015: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six races during an epic sophomore season, earning six top-ten finishes...led NCU in four races...won the NCU-OIT Dual Meet...took second at the CCC Preview Meet...named CCC Runner of the Week on October 6 and November 10...set a new PR with a time of 17:44 at the CCC Championship, the third-fastest time in school history...won the CCC Individual Championship and was named Cascade Collegiate Conference Runner of the Year...claimed NCU's best finish ever at the NAIA National Championship, taking 6th place to earn NAIA All-American honors... Named team's Most Inspirational Runner. TRACK - Ran the 1500m and 5000m events for NCU, owning the top times on the team at each distance...qualified automatically for the NAIA National Championship in both events...broke the school 5000m record with a run of 17:11.97 at the San Francisco Distance Carnival...won the CCC 5000m Championship to become the third Beacon to do so in four years...Took fifth-place at the NAIA National Championships in the 5k to earn All-American honors...earned Academic All-Conference honors...named a CoSIDA/Capitol One Academic All-District Selection...named NCU's Female Athlete of the Year.
2013-2014: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in all seven races for the Beacons as a freshman...was a scoring runner in all seven...set a PR of 18:34 at the Willamette Open...took seventh place at the Cascade Conference Championship to earn All-CCC honors...ran in 64th place at the NAIA National Championship. TRACK - Ran 800m and 1500m events for NCU...qualified for CCC Championship in the 1500m...ran a season best 2:24.11 in the 800m and a 4:45.48 in the 1500m, both at the Lane Preview Meet.
High School Experience: Ran four years of cross country and track at East Valley High for coaches Nick Lazanis and Shane Toy. CROSS COUNTRY: Qualified for state championship race as a sophomore, junior, and senior...won the Great Northern League championship as a sophomore. TRACK - Qualified for state as a junior and senior...during the summer after her sophomore year, ran for the Down Under Sports Cross Country team in Sydney and Brisbane, Australia.
