2015: Ran middle and long distance events as a senior...set a season-best in the 800m with a time of 2:18.26 to finish sixth at the CCC Championship.
2014: Ran in five races as a senior...set a season best 18:14 at the CCC Championships...earned All-CCC honors...earned Academic All-CCC honors.Â
2013-2014: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in all seven races for the Beacons as a junior...led NCU in three races including the Willamette Open, NCU-OIT Dual, and NAIA National Championship...ran a career-best 18:09 at the Willamette Open...won the individual title at the NCU-OIT Dual on October 12...took 8th place at the CCC Championship, earning All-CCC honors...took 25th at the NAIA National Championship, earning NAIA All-American honors...named CCC Runner of the Week on October 14...earned team Most Inspirational award. TRACK - ran middle and long distance events for the Beacons...posted a team-best 2:17.59 in the 800m at the Charles Bowles Invitational, setting a PR...Ran a 4:39.36 in the 1500m at the CCC Championship...Won the CCC 5000m Championship...earned All-American honors in the 5000m, taking sixth place at the NAIA National Championships...earned Academic All-CCC honors.
2012-2013: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in all six races for NCU as a sophomore...set a personal record at the CCC Championship on November 3rd, running an 18:42 to take 14th place...ran in 112th place at the NAIA National Championship. TRACK - Set a school record in the 400m at the Titan Twilight on April 25th, running a 1:03.12...qualified for the CCC championship in the 400m Hurdles where she ran a season-best 1:06.39.
2011-2012: Ran in four races for the Beacons as a freshman...ran a season-best 20:05 at the Willamette Invitational.
High School Experience: Ran four years of track & cross country at Oak Harbor High for coaches Peterson and Wesley...led the Wildcats to a third-place finish in state as a freshman...named team MVP and earned All-WESCO League honorable mention as a sophomore...qualified for the state championship as a sophomore, junior, and senior...in track, led the Wildcats to the league and district championships as a senior...finished fifth in state as a team during her senior year...named the OHHS Track Athlete of the Year and Senior Athlete of the Year...earned the Cliff Gillies Award...named a U.S. Marine Corp Distinguished Athlete as a senior.
