Elise Gray joined the women's basketball coaching staff in 2014. She is no stranger to NCU, having played four years with the Beacons from 2005 to 2009.
As a player, Gray finished her career with the most games played in school history (116). She ranks in the top-five all-time in 12 different statistical categories. She is third all-time in scoring, posting 1,124 points during her career. Gray also owns the school record for having played in the most NCU wins with 47. She was also named a Cascade Collegiate Conference honorable mention selection in 2008.
Prior to returning to NCU, Gray was on the coaching staff at Willamette High School and was the middle school basketball program director for the area.
Gray graduated from NCU in 2010 with a degree in human service. She currently works in the Child Protective Services division of the Oregon Department of Human Services.
