Lynda Brunscheon has been on the coaching staff at NCU since the program launched in 1999.

Brunscheon says, "I Am blessed to have coached so many girls and seen then move on in life to do great things. I'm always praying that God will use me in just one girls life every season."

Brunscheon has been coaching for over 18 years, beginning in 1993 as the JV head coach and Varisty assistant at Harrisburg High School. She was then at Marist High for three seasons as the JV head coach and Varsity assistant. In 1997 she accepted a job as the Assistant Coach at Lane Community College, where she spent two seasons before joining the staff at NCU.

She had the great privelidge to coach her daughter Shari Brunsheon throughout her career, at Marist HS, Lane CC and then junior and senior seasons at Northwest Christian College.

Brunscheon also played for many years on semi-pro travel teams. She was the Catcher for the McCulloch Chainsaws in the early 1970's, traveling all throughout the Northwest for the late Coach Jack Moore.

Brunsheon has been married to her husband David for 33 years. In addition to their daughter Shari they have two sons and four grandchildren.
