Laynee Bevans begins her first year as a graduate assistant with the NCU softball team in 2015. Bevans was a four-year starter for the Beacons before earning her undergraduate degree in 2014. 

Bevans played in 152 games for the Beacons during her career, finishing with 110 hits. She ranks in the top-ten all-time in 11 categories, most notably finishing with the third-highest stolen bases with 26.

With a bachelors degree in psychology, Bevans was a four-time Academic All-CCC selection and earned NAIA-Daktronics Scholar Athlete honors as a senior.
