2010: Made 19 appearances in the circle for the Beacons as a freshman, getting 11 starts...struck out 28 batters in 63.1 innings of work...registered one win with a 4.06 ERA...batted .267, playing in 35 games...collected 20 hits, five RBI and five runs scored.

High School Experience: Played three years on varsity at Hillsboro High for coach Ashley Thomas...earned 2nd-Team All-State 5A and First-Team All-NWOC honors as a junior...earned team offensive MVP honors all three seasons...batted .368 and averaged 23 RBI per season..had a 0.57 ERA.
