2024-2025: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in seven races as a sophomore...earned Academic All-CCC and NAIA Scholar Athlete recognition...named to the Athletic Director's honor roll in the fall...TRACK & FIELD - Competed in seven races...set a personal best in the 1500m (4:17.72) at the Rich Allen Classic...posted a personal record in the 800m (2:01.14) at the Lewis & Clark Invite. 

2023-2024: CROSS COUNTRY - Competed in all five races as a freshman...posted a personal best 8000m (29:33.3) at the Linfield Invitational...TRACK & FIELD - Ran at 11 meets, competing in four different events...competed in the 400m, 4x400-meter relay and 4x800 relay at the CCC Outdoor T&F Championships, setting a PR in the 400m (53.06)...named to the Athletic Director's honor roll both semesters and was a Distinguished Scholar Athlete (4.0 GPA) in the spring.

High School Experience: Ran at Cottage Grove HS...also played soccer for the Lions.

Personal: Born on November 11...enjoys hiking, playing soccer, airsoft, camping and exploring.
