2025: Competed in nine meets as a sophomore...set indoor school records in the weight throw (13.56m) and the shot put (11.38) at George Fox...set the outdoor hammer throw school record (42.06m) at the LCC Open...named Academic All-CCC, NAIA Scholar-Athlete and CSC Academic All-District...named to the Athletic Director's honor roll in the spring.

2024: Competed in two indoor and five outdoor meets as a freshman...threw the hammer, shot put and discus...named to the Athletic Director's honor roll as a Distinguished Scholar Athlete (4.0 GPA) in the spring.

High School Experience: Competed two years on varsity at Horizon Christian HS...threw a Shot Put PR of 42'6"...threw a discus PR of 109'3"...named the Field MVP...also played soccer for the Hawks.

Personal: Born on February 18...son of Rachel Al-Rubaie...enjoys working out and listening to music...aspires to become the best teacher he can be for his students...majoring in secondary education.
