2010-2011: [Cross Country] Ran in all six races as a junior...set a new PR in the season opening Pier Point Invitational in Portland with a time of 28:22. [Track] Ran in 800m events, qualifying for the CCC Championships...member of school-record setting4x400m relay team (3:31.95) at Lewis & Clark Invitational.

2009-2010: [Cross Country] Ran in all six races for NCU during sophomore season...broke PR with a 30:21 at the Oregon State Invitational. [Track] Ran in 400m and 800m events...member of school-record setting 4x800m relay team (8:13.18) at Pacific Northwest Relays.

2008-2009: [Cross Country] Ran in four races for the Beacons as a freshman...established a personal record with a 32:01 run in the Oregon State Invitational [TRACK] Established a school record in the 400m (53.45) at the CCC Championships...ran the three fastest 400m times in school history...ran a 2:03.80 in the 800m at the Charles Bowles Invite...member of school-record setting 4x400m relay team (3:36.39) at CCC Championship.
