High School Experience: Ran four years on varsity at Northwest Christian High for coach Larry Weber...named team captain as a junior and senior for both track & cross country...CROSS COUNTRY: Posted a personal record 15:42 in the 5000m...led team to three state championships...as a junior, took second place at the district championship...as a senior took second at the league championship and fourth at the district championship. TRACK: Won the Pacific League 3200m championship as a junior, using a 22-second PR...collected six top-four finishes at the league and district championships in the 3200m and 1600m...also played two years of basketball for the Navigators.
