Kaitlin Cook joined the coaching staff in the spring of 2025, working with the cross country and distance track performers.
Cook was a four-year student-athlete with the Beacons, graduating in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. During her time with the Beacons, Cook was an NAIA National Qualifier in Cross Country and the 3000m Steeplechase in track. She earned All-Cascade Collegiate Conference honors in cross country in 2024 and she was the 2024 Track & Field Track Athlete of the Year as voted by her teammates.
She owns school indoor track & field records in the 1000m and 3000m races, and was an Academic All-Conference, NAIA Scholar-Athlete and Collegiate Sports Communicators All-District honoree on multiple occasions. She was inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the national scholar-athlete honor society.
