2026: Competed in eight outdoor meets as a freshman thrower...qualified for the CCC Championship in the discus and javelin...recorded personal best in the shot put (12.17m) at the LCC Open, the discus (41.37m) at the Linfield Invitational and the javelin (48.21m) at the Bryan Clay Invitational.

High School Experience: Competed at Cottage Grove HS for Coach Ricky Knutson...earned All-League honors and competed at the state championship...also played football...named an All-State Running Back and was a three-time All-League recipient.

Personal: Born on February 9...son of Amy Deere and Matthew Dewitt...majoring in Nursing with a minor in Spanish...enjoys riding horses.
