2019: Broke the NCU Triple Jump record (13.40) at the Willamette Invitational...qualified for CCC Championships in the long jump and triple jump but did not compete due to injury.
Previous Collegiate Experience: Attended but did not compete at Seattle Pacific University.
High School Experience: Competed for one season at Willamette High for coach Lacey Meusec...named Most Valuable Field Performer...also played soccer for the Wolverines.
Personal: Born on October 9, 1998 in Eugene, Ore...son of Kris and Scott Russnogle...enjoys outdoor activities and loves to do yard work...plays the Ukulele...major is undecided.
