2023: Competed in one indoor and nine outdoor meets...competed at the CCC Championships in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays...owns six top-five finishes during the season. 

2022: Competed in two indoor and six outdoor meets for the Beacons as a freshman...qualified for the CCC Championships in the 100m, 200m, and 4x400m relay...established personal records in the 100m (11.13) and 200m (22.90) at the Willamette Invite...set a 400m PR at the Titan Invite (51.61)...ran a 60m personal best at the George Fox Indoor #3 meet (7.17). 

High School Experience: Competed four years on varsity at Cascade High...was named Male Cougar of the Year all four years...earned Academic All-State as a senior...won the 4A 100m state championship as a senior...set personal records in the 100m (11.09) and 200m (22.48)...also played soccer, football, and cross country for the Cougars. 

Personal: Born on December 3...son of Angela and Anthony Williams...enjoys playing video games, fitness, and music production...plays the guitar and drums...majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
