2026: Competed in six outdoor meets as a freshman, throwing the shot put, discus and hammer...named to the Athletic Director's honor roll both semesters. 

High School Experience: Competed at Moanalua HS for Coach Micah...broke the school record in the discus...served as a team captain...also played football. 

Personal: Born on August 10...son of May del Rosario and Curtis Stranghoener...enjoys photography, golfing and spearfishing.
