2016: Competed in 200m and 400m events for the Beacons as a freshman...also established the first 600m indoor track record at 1:27.89 at the University of Washington Open...posted a season-best 51.93 in the 400m at the John Knight Twilight...member of school-record setting 4x400m relay team at the CCC Championship. 

High School Experience: Ran one year on varsity at Sitka High for coach Jeremy Strong...named the "Rookie of the Year" as a senior...also played four years of basketball for the Wolves.

Personal: Born on January 28, 1996 in Sika, Alaska...son of Cindy and Al Duncan...enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing basketball...licensed as a fly fishing guide in Alaska...Tlingit name is Noow Yeil...major is undecided.
