High School Experience: Played at Umpqua Valley Christian for Coach Chris Guastaferro...two-time First Team All-State and four-time First Team All-League honoree...also played basketball and baseball for the Lions...First Team All-League in basketball.

Personal: Born on June 21...son of Heather and Marlon Sewall...majoring in Kinesiology...enjoys hiking with his dog, art and working on his truck.
