Jonny LeMay joined the Bushnell coaching staff in the Fall of 2023 and served as an assistant with both the men's and women's soccer programs. He was named the Associate Head Coach for the women's team in the Fall of 2025.
LeMay completed his undergraduate in Public Relations from California State University, Bakersfield before earning a Master’s in Sports Management from California State University, Long Beach.
He spent three seasons as the Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at Frontier High School before becoming the Interim Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Southwestern Oregon Community College. The following season, he was the Assistant Coach for both the men’s and women’s soccer programs at SWOCC.
LeMay holds a US Soccer "C" license, and currently works for Eugene Metro FC as a coach and college advisor. He coaches three teams within the club and assists athletes with the college recruitment process. He also serves as an assistant coach with the Lane United Football Club women's team, which competes in the USL.Â
