2018: Competed in the 3000m as a senior...finished second in the CCC Championships with a time of 9:12.81...finished 13th in the NAIA Outdoor Track and FIeld Championships...earned First-Team All-CCC honors.

2017: Competed in all six races as a senior...ran a personal best 25:13 at the Charles Bowles Invite...earned Academic All-CCC honors. 

2016-2017: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran all six races for the Beacons during junior season...posted a personal record 24:46 at the Inland Empire Challenge...took sixth place at the CCC Championship to earn All-Conference honors and an NAIA individual qualification...finished 43rd at the NAIA National Championship in Elsah, Ill. TRACK - Qualified for NAIA in the 3000m Steeplechase...posted the second fastest time in the country during the season (9:05.86) to set a new school record. 

2015-2016: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six races for the Beacons during sophomore season...was a scoring running in all six...placed 21st at CCC championship...took 75th at NAIA National Tournament...set a personal record of 25:33 at the Inland Empire Challenge. TRACK - Competed in 800m, 1500m and Mile, setting PRs in all three disciplines...had a breakout season in the 3000m Steeplechase...qualified for and won the CCC Championship...finished third at NAIA National Championship to earn All-American honors...set a school record at NAIA with a time of 9:18.54. 

2014-2015: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in four races for the Beacons as a freshman...scored points in two events...set a personal record with a 26:21 at the CCC Championship, taking 31st place. TRACK - Ran a 4:19.46 in the 1500m at the Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational...Posted a season-best 10:17.63 in the 3000m Steeplechase at the SOU Raider Open. 

High School Experience: Ran four years on varsity at Sheldon High for coach Brayce Forsha...CROSS COUNTRY - Earned First-Team All-State honors as a junior and senior...led Irish to a second-place finish at the Oregon 6A State Championship as a senior and fourth-place as a junior...team MVP as a senior...Qualified for Oregon Borderclash as a junior and senior...Took second-place at the district meet during his senior season with a 15:27, a time that ranked seventh in the state and third in 6A...owns a Sheldon High Top-Three time. TRACK - Led the Irish to back-to-back 2nd Place finishes at state as a junior and senior...finished with a Sheldon High all-time top-five time in the 800m.
