2014-2015: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six races during sophomore season...set a new personal record of 26:19 at the Lewis & Clark Invitational...took 37th at the CCC Championship. TRACK - Ran 1500m and 5000m distances for NCU...posted a season-best 15:01.01 in the 5000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival...ran a 4:07.75 in the 1500m at the Pacific Twilight. 

2013-2014: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six races for the Beacons as a sophomore...scored points in four races...set a personal record of 26:42 at the Beaver Classic...took 42nd at the CCC Championship. TRACK - Ran 5000m and 10000m events for NCU...ran a season-best 15:55.24 in the 5000m at the Lane Preview...ran a season-best 33:38.58 in the John Knight Twilight in the 10000m.

2012-2013: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in all six races for the Beacons as a freshman...set a personal record of 26:48 at the Warner Pacific Invitational...ran in 56th place at the CCC Championship. TRACK - Ran the 10,000m discipline for the Beacons during his freshman season...established a Personal Record of 32:13.73 at the Linfield Icebreaker...ran a 34:37.79 at the CCC Championship.

High School Experience: Ran four years of cross country and track at Kamiakin High for coach Matt Rexvis...CROSS COUNTRY: Named a scholar-athlete all four years...earned Second-Team All-Big Nine Conference honors as a junior...earned First-Team All Conference as a senior...took sixth in conference and 27th in state as a senior...TRACK: Named to the Tri-City Herald Honor Roll...was a four-year scholar athlete.
