2015: Ran the 1500m and 5000m as a senior...qualified for the CCC Championships in the 1500 where he finished sixth with a time of 3:58.78.

2014: Ran in six races as a senior...set a season-best 26:11 at the Willamette Invite.

2013-2014: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six races for the Beacons as a junior...scored points in all six races...led the Beacons at the Willamette Open, taking 18th place...took 33rd at the CCC Championship. TRACK - Ran the 1500m and 5000m disciplines for NCU, qualifying for the CCC Championship in both events...Ran an NCU season best 3:58.20 in the 1500m at the John Knight Twilight...ran a 15:26.25 5000m at the Erik Anderson Icebreaker.

2012-2013: CROSS COUNTRY - Was NCU's top finisher in five of six races as a sophomore...smashed his personal record with a 25:17 at the Beaver Classic, taking 15th place. It was the second-fastest time in school history and just two seconds off the school record...named CCC Runner of the Week on September 17th...named NCU's Most Inspirational Runner. TRACK - Set a new school record in the 1500m at the CCC Championship with a time of 3:56.76...Also qualified for the conference championship in the 5000m (15:20.53, Willamette Invitational).

2011-2012: Was NCU's top finisher in all six races during his freshman campaign...set a personal record 26:28 at the Concordia Classic on October 15th, taking 32nd place...had one top-ten finish, taking 8th at the Pier Point Invitational 6K, running a 19:38...finished 36th at the CCC Championship (27:29).

High School Experience: Ran four years at Hemet HS for coach Janice Kelley...named Rookie of the Year as a freshman...earned All-Mountain Pass League honors during all four years...named League MVP as a senior, winning the league championship...earned All-County honors during sophomore, junior, and senior seasons...named the Hemet HS Athlete of the Year as a senior...in track, won league championship in the 800m...also played one season of baseball for the Bulldogs.
