2024-2025: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in seven meets as a sophomore, recording a personal best in the 8000m (28:25.9) at the Willamette Invitational...earned Academic All-CCC and NAIA Scholar Athlete honors...named Most Valuable Runner......named to the Athletic Director's honor roll as a Distinguished Scholar Athlete (4.0 GPA) both semesters...TRACK & FIELD - Competed in nine meets as a sophomore...set the indoor school record in the 1000-meter run at the Portland Indoor...set personal bests in the 800m (1:58.64) and 400mh (58.27) at the John Knight Invite...earned CSC All-Academic All-District recognition...named Track MVP.

2023-2024: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran at all five meets as a freshman, posting a personal best in the 8000m (28:50.1) at the Linfield Invitational...voted Most Inspirational...TRACK & FIELD - Competed in 11 meets, participating in five different events...ran the 400-meter hurdles, 4x400-meter relay and 4x800 relay at the CCC Outdoor T&F Championships, taking seventh in the 400mh...named to the Athletic Director's honor roll as a Distinguished Scholar Athlete (4.0 GPA) both semesters...voted Track Athlete of the Year by his teammates...named CSC Academic All-District.

High School Experience: Ran cross country and track & field at North Douglas HS for Coach Judith Burnett...earned First Team All-District in XC and was a State Qualifier...First Team All-District in the 300-meter hurdles and Second Team All-District in the 110m hurdles...top-8 at state in both events...team MVP and captain in XC and track...also was First Team All-League and All-State honorable mention in basketball.

Personal: Born on July 4...son of Bob and Becky Rundell and Kelly Gant...majoring in Business...enjoys golfing, fishing, aquascaping, wakeboarding, basketball and running...can play the alto saxophone.
