2020-2021: Cross Country - Ran in all five races for the Beacons during his senior season...had a season-best 28:18 finish at the CCC Championship, taking 45th place. TRACK - Competed in 800m, 1500m, and 5000m events during his final season...ended his career with a 4:20.75 PR in the 1500m at the Frank Haskins Invite on May 6. 

2019-2020: CROSS COUNTRY- Ran in all five of NCU's races as a junior...broke a new PR at the 45th Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational (27:30). TRACK- Participated in both indoor and outdoor track as a junior. 

2018-2019: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in five of NCU's six races as a sophomore...broke his PR at the CCC Championships (28:12) as he took 46th place. TRACK - Twice ran the 1500m, setting a new PR (4:31.76) at the Linfield Open...earned Academic All-CCC Honors.

2017-2018: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in four races for the Beacons as a freshman...established a PR of 28:20 at the Wes Cook Invitational. TRACK - Ran 800m, 1500m and 5000m distances in the spring...set a 5000m PR of 16:41.41 at the Pacific Twilight. 

High School Experience: Ran four years on varsity at Helena High for coaches John Russel and Charlie Sparks...qualified for nine different state meets during his career and won three state 4x800m relay medals.

Personal: Born in Cherkasy, Ukraine...birthday is December 16...enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and BMX...majoring in exercise science.
