2018: Competed in the 800, 1500, 5000, and 300S as a senior...set a personal-best of 2:00.19 in the 800 to finish 10th at the SOU Raider Invitational...earned All-CCC honors in the 1500m and 5000m...finished 13 in the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 3:58.83. 

2017: Competed in five races as a senior...ran a season best 24:53 to finish fourth at the CCC Preview...earned All-CCC honors...named Academic All-CCC.

2016-2017: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in all six races during his junior season, led the team three times...posted a season-best 24:54 at the Charles Bowles Invitational, missing his personal best by just one second...took fourth place at the CCC Championship to earn All-Conference honors and qualify for the NAIA National Championship as an individual...took 284th at NAIA Championship...earned Academic All-Conference honors and was an NAIA-Daktronics Scholar Athlete. TRACK & FIELD - Ran 1500m and 5000m events for the Beacons as a junior...posted the second-fastest 1500m in school history with a PR 3:56.99 at the OSU High Performance Meet...won the CCC 5000m Championships and earned All-CCC honors...took 6th place at the NAIA National Championship to earn his first All-American honor...named NCU's Male Champion of Character. 

2015-2016: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six races for the Beacons as a sophomore...led the team in five races...hit a PR of 24:53 at the Inland Empire Challenge...finished third at the CCC Championship to earn All-Conference honors...posted a finish of 59th to lead NCU at their first ever team trip to the NAIA National Champonships. TRACK - Ran in 1500m and 5000m races for the Beacons as a sophomore...posted a school-record time of 14:53.30 at the Cascade Collegiate Conference Championships, taking third place to earn All-CCC honors...qualified for the NAIA National Championships where he ran in the prelims (15:21.91).

2014-2015: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in six races for the Beacons as a freshman...led the Beacons in two races...ran a personal best and set a new NCU freshman record with a 25:29 at the Lewis & Clark Invitational...took 22nd at the CCC Championship. TRACK - Ran 1500m and 5000m distances for NCU...Set a new school record in the 5000m witrh a 15:06.94 at the Pacific Twilight...ran a 3:59.42 in the 1500m at the Titan Twilight.

High School Experience: Ran four years on varsity at Kamiakin High for coach Matt Rexus. CROSS COUNTRY - Earned Second-Team All-Mid Columbia League honors as a freshman...earned First-Team honors a sophomore, junior, and senior...earned MVP honors as a senior...named the IBAW Athlete of the Year in 2013...took seventh at the NXN Team Nationals...won 8 races in high school...won the Mid-Columbia League Championship as a senior..took eighth at state as a senior. TRACK - Earned Second-Team All-Mid Columbia League honors as a freshman and sophomore...named to All-League First-Team as a junior and senior...won the District Championships in the 1600m and 3200m runs as a senior.
