2020-2021: XC - Ran in five races as a senior... took 53rd at the CCC Championship. TRACK - Ran the 5000m event at the LCC Icebreaker. 

2019-2020: XC - Ran in all five races for the Beacons during junior year...scored points in all five races...took 32nd at the CCC championships. TRACK- Ran personal bests for indoor track in the 800 (2:10.98) and the 3,000 (9:53.75)...also participated in the Linfield Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker for the 10,000m (33:22.28) where he finished 15th. 

2018-2019: XC - Ran in all six races for the Beacons during sophomore year...ran a new PR of 26:04 at the Charles Bowles Invite...scored points in all six races...took 33rd at the CCC Championships. TRACK - Ran career bests in the 1500m (4:21.09), 5000m (15:56.38), 10000m (32:52.82) and Steeplechase (9:56.20)...qualified for the CCC championship in the 10000m where he finished sixth. 

2017-2018: Ran in all six races for the Beacons as a freshman...established a 26:34 personal best at the Wes Cook Invitational...scored points for the Beacons in one race as the fifth finisher at the CCC Championship. TRACK - Ran 3K Steeplechase along with 5k and 10k events...qualified for the CCC championships in the steeple and ran a personal best 10:25.72 at conference.

High School Experience: Ran three years on varsity at Elmira High for coach Tom Boldon...earned a pair of All-Sky Em honorable mention honors and was a First-Team All-League recipient as a senior...earned second-team all-league honors in Track...also played football and wrestled for the Falcons. 

Personal: Born in Eugene, Oregon...birthday is August 20...son of Melissa and John Bain...enjoys hiking...plays the guitar...aspires to become a physical therapist...majoring in exercise science.
