Elyse Crichton joined the Beacon Esports leadership in 2019.
Crichton assists with all aspects of the program including recruiting, spiritual formation, budgeting, scheduling, rules compliance, practice preparation, and scheduling of contests. Crichton comes into the role with a passion for building student teams, gaming, culture building, and recruiting.
Crichton graduated from NCU in 2012 with her bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and again in 2014 with her Master of Business Administration. She is currently the Assistant Vice President for Operations at AM Solar in Springfield.
