2013: Competed in distance events as a senior...set a personal-best in the 1500m with a time of 4:47.90 at the CCC Championship to finish eighth.
2012: Ran in five races as a senior...set a personal best 19:15 at the WPC Open to finish 27th...earned Academic All-CCC honors.
2011: Ran in six races for the Beacons as a junior..scored points for NCU in one race...set a personal record 19:32 at the Pier Point Invitational on September 10th, taking 20th place...ran in 161st place at the NAIA National Championship (19:51).
2010: Ran in all six races for NCU during sophomore season...scored for the Beacons in two races...had a season-best 20:00 at the Warner Pacific Invitational.
2009: Ran in six races for the Beacons as a freshman...set a personal record of 19:47 at the NCU Invitational, taking 20th place...took tenth place at the Warner Pacific Invitational.
High School Experience: Ran one year of cross country at Oakridge High for coach Ron Herbert...took fourth place at the Mountain View League championship...also played softball, volleyball, and basketball for the Warriors.
