2012-2013: CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in all six races for the Beacons as a junior...scored points in all six...set a personal record of 18:37 at the Warner Pacific Open, taking 8th place...claimed 15th place at the CCC Championship...ran in 105th at the NAIA National Championship. TRACK - Qualified for the CCC Championship in both the 1500m and the 5000m runs...set team season low times in both events (1500m - 4:45.42, 5000m - 18:02.61).
2011-2012: Ran in six races for NCU as a sophomore...scored points for the Beacons in all six races...finished eighth at the CCC Preview meet on September 17th...set a personal record 18:47 at the Willamette Invitational...finished 83rd at the NAIA National Championship (19:19).
2010-2011: Ran in all six races for the Beacons as a freshman...scored for NCU in all six...earned one top-ten finish...set a personal record 19:37 with an 11th-place finish at the Warner Pacific Invitational.
High School Experience: Ran two years of cross country and three years of track at Cascade High for coach Dan Peterson...Earned First-Team All-League honors in cross country as a junior...was League and District Champion as a senior and finished 11th in state, earning second-team All-State honors...also played four years of soccer for the Cougars, earning All-League honorable mention as a senior.
