EUGENE, Ore.  –  Bushnell Esports opened the spring season of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) with competition in FC 26, Fortnite, College Football and Madden.

Match 1: Bushnell 2, Thomas College 0 (10-4, 5-4)

Andrew Bennett opened the spring season with a win over Thomas College. Both Bennett and Thomas College fell in the first round of the playoffs in the fall.
 
FC 26 is played every Monday at 5:00 p.m.
 
FORTNITE

Fortnite will compete in a seven-week zero build duos regular season, playing three matches every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 p.m. Points are earned based on placement and eliminations. At the end of the regular season, the top 25 teams with the most points over the seven weeks will move to Finals. The teams in places 26th-75th will move into the Semi-Finals where the top 25 will move to the Finals.
 
The duos competing for the Beacons are Nathan Farris/Nick McGowen (Zero Build) and Trent Parks/Shawn Petty (Build).

Mason Monrroy had a tough opening round matchup, being paired against a team that finished fourth in the playoffs in the fall. Caden Hoerauf had a strong start in his second game before BPCU shut him out in the second half.  
 
College Football is played every Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.

Hoerauf opened the spring season against Southern University, falling in both contests.
 
Madden is played every Thursday at 5:00 p.m.
