GREAT FALLS, Mont. –The Bushnell women's basketball program suffered an 80-51 setback in their season opener on Saturday, falling to RV University of Providence on the road.

The Beacons (0-1) shot just 32% from the field and were out-rebounded 44-19 in the contest as the Argos (2-0) led wire-to-wire. Â

Bushnell was led in the loss by
Ayden Krupke, scoring 15 points.
Maddie Gerhart added ten points off the Bench while
Ciena Tumoine led the team with five assists. Â

The Argonauts were led by Ainsley Thurber, scoring a game-high 22 points along with 11 rebounds for the double-double. Eliannah Ramirez and Brooke Dial added 13 points apiece.
